Do we actually need Shopify Plus?
Not always. Plus earns its cost with B2B, multiple expansion stores, checkout customisation, higher API limits and automation needs. We look at your operations and tell you plainly whether standard Shopify would do.
Can you migrate our checkout.liquid customisations?
Yes. We audit what the old checkout does, then rebuild each behaviour with checkout UI extensions, Functions or apps, and test the full purchase journey before switching over.
How do you handle multiple markets?
We decide between Shopify Markets and expansion stores based on catalogue, pricing, fulfilment and content differences, then design a structure your team can operate without duplicating work.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Yes. We often own architecture and complex builds while internal teams handle content and merchandising, with shared repositories, code review and documentation.
